History of the Company
TLC Homes was established in 1994 when Tim Frey and his family invited two adults with disabilities to share their home in Sheboygan. It is this family based focus that has continued to lead TLC Homes throughout its expansion. Today, TLC is a human services company that is proud to provide supportive services to a diverse population throughout the Lakeshore area. TLC Homes provides residential and day services to individuals with developmental disabilities; employment and training to people experiencing barriers to employment; and day programming for older individuals with memory loss, physical disabilities or other cognitive concerns.
TLC Homes has demonstrated a continued commitment to quality and excellence through exemplary consumer and licensing reviews. The staff includes individuals with extensive experience and knowledge in providing community living supports to people who are developmentally and physically challenged. Many of the administrative personnel have direct care as well as professional and managerial backgrounds.
